Loan approval is subject to creditworthiness, documentation, and internal policies. We do not guarantee loan approval.

3. 📑 Documentation and Verification

You agree to provide valid documents including but not limited to:

  • PAN and Aadhaar

  • Income proof

  • Bank statements

  • Address proof

We may share your data with third-party verification agencies and credit bureaus as part of the application process.

4. 💰 Repayment Terms

  • Loan repayment schedules, interest rates, and penalties will be clearly stated in your loan agreement.

  • Late payments may incur additional charges and affect your credit score.

  • You are responsible for ensuring timely repayment through the agreed mode (e.g., ECS, post-dated cheques, UPI).

5. 🔐 Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement security measures to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. 🚫 Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information

  • Use our services for illegal or fraudulent purposes

  • Attempt to breach our systems or interfere with service operations

Violation may result in termination of services and legal action.

7. 📬 Communication

By using our services, you consent to receive communications via:

  • SMS, email, phone calls

  • App notifications (if applicable)

You may opt out of promotional messages by contacting us.

8. ⚖️ Limitation of Liability

Shree Financial Services is not liable for:

  • Losses due to inaccurate information provided by you

  • Delays or failures caused by third-party systems

  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from service use

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our website.

10. 🏛️ Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
